A fruitful exchange on training and international cooperation
On Monday 18 November 2024, EHESP welcomed a delegation from the Health Human Resources Development Centre (HHRDC) of China’s National Health Commission (NHC), comprising Mr FANG Jianning, Deputy Director General, Ms LU Qing, Director of the International Cooperation Division, and Ms ZHANG Jian, Director of the Training Division.
The visit, organised by EHESP-International, was an opportunity to strengthen the ties between the two institutions and explore new opportunities for cooperation. After mutual presentations of each institution’s training programmes and priorities, discussions focused on hospital management training, with a particular interest in training for medical managers; training in the coordination of primary care; the regulation of pharmaceutical products; and ways in which Chinese students can take part in EHESP Masters courses in English. The visit ended with a convivial dinner to continue the discussions.
