The EHESP-I mission in support of CIESPAC comes to an end with the final validation of the harmonised Master 1 in Public Health for the 6 CEMAC member countries.
This programme was co-constructed with the main public health universities in the sub-region under the coordination of CIESPAC and EHESP-I.
For over 9 months, the EHESP-I team worked closely with CIESPAC and focal points from the main universities in Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Central African Republic, Chad and Congo (Brazzaville).
The team, made up of Eric Breton, Public Health Professor at EHESP, Maïwen Ridard-Cacheux, Pedagogical Engineer, Martin Bevalot, International Programme Evaluation Expert, and Samuel Hilyer, Project Manager, travelled to Douala from 10 to 12 June 2024 for the final phase of the mission.
The harmonised Master 1 in Public Health programme was presented to the Deans of the partner universities, and after 3 days of work to finalise the document, it was formally validated on June 12th.
