In support of the Hôtel-Dieu de France Hospital (Beirut), this training project aims to strengthen the skills of hospital managers in charge of the various facilities of Hotel-Dieu’s healthcare network. The programme is co-financed by the French Embassy and developed in partnership with the APHM (Marseille University Hospital).
Specific objectives include understanding the principles and challenges in managing Territorial Healthcare Networks (GHT), building a strategy around the network’s medical project, and acquiring skills in budgetary and financial management, information system management, and the pooling of support functions.
The training is structured around online modules and webinars, and participants receive individual support on specific topics.
During the first phase (July-October 2024), the training will focus on 6 webinars:
Webinar 1: Understanding the Foundations of Territorial Healthcare Networks; building a network’s strategy around a collaborative medical and healthcare project.
Webinar 2: Feedback from APHM. The importance of building a territorial strategy based on medical and care strategy
Webinar 3: Information Systems and Technologies in Territorial Healthcare Networks
Webinar 4: Managing buildings, equipment, logistics services and procurement within the framework of a Territorial Healthcare Network
Webinar 5: Financial management of facilities in Territorial Healthcare Networks and management of investment projects
Webinar 6: Efficient organisation of medical and care services, consultations, hospitalisations and technical support centers at a territorial level
